用法/用量

 

●胃/十二指肠溃疡或反流性食管炎：

一般来说，对于成年人，每次服用2片（20毫克vonoprazan），每天一次。胃溃疡的服药时间长达8周;十二指肠溃疡6周。

●反流性食管炎：

一般来说，服药的持续时间长达4周。如果效果不充分，则治疗可持续长达8周。

●维持治疗反复复发性反流性食管炎：

一般来说，对于成年人，每次一次服用1片（10毫克vonoprazan）。如果效果不充分，可以将剂量一次增加至2片（20mg）。

●抑制与低剂量阿司匹林或非甾体类抗炎药物治疗相关的胃/十二指肠溃疡复发：

一般来说，对于成年人，每次一次服用1片（10毫克vonoprazan）。

 

〇无论如何，请严格按照说明操作。

〇如果您错过了剂量，请尽快服用错过的剂量。在这种情况下，在下一次给药前超过8小时。你不应该一次服用两剂。

〇如果您不小心服用超过规定的剂量，请咨询您的医生或药剂师。

药理作用
Vonoprazan属于钾离子(K+)竞争性酸阻滞剂(P-CAB)，是一种可逆的质子泵抑制剂，本品进入人体后，在胃壁细胞泌酸的最后步骤，通过抑制K+与H+-K+-ATP酶(质子泵)的结合，终止胃酸的分泌，达到抑酸效果，本品具有强劲、持久的抑制胃酸分泌作用。
适应症：
○胃溃疡，十二指肠溃疡，反流性食道炎，在低剂量阿司匹林给药，胃溃疡或十二指肠溃疡的复发抑制的时间胃溃疡或十二指肠溃疡的非甾体抗炎药给药时间反复抑制。
○根除幽门螺杆菌在以下的辅助
胃溃疡，十二指肠溃疡，胃MALT淋巴瘤，特发性血小板减少性紫癜，内镜切除早期胃癌术后胃，幽门螺旋杆菌感染性胃炎。

Description

This medicine inhibits the proton pump in a potassium ion-competitive manner to reduce gastric acid secretion in the stomach.
It is usually used to treat gastric/duodenal ulcer, reflux esophagitis and for suppression of recurrence of gastric/duodenal ulcer associated with low-dose aspirin or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug medication.

Effect/Efficacy

It is usually used to treat following symptoms.
- gastric/duodenal ulcer, reflux esophagitis and for suppression of recurrence of gastric/duodenal ulcer associated with low-dose aspirin or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug medication.

Usage/Dosage

●　Gastric/duodenal ulcer or reflux esophagitis:
-　In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (20 mg of vonoprazan) at a time, once a day. Duration of taking the medicine is up to 8 weeks for gastric ulcer; 6 weeks for duodenal ulcer.

●　Reflux esophagitis:
- In general, duration of taking the medicine is up to 4 weeks. If the effect is insufficient, the treatment may be continued for up to 8 weeks.

●　Maintenance therapy for repeatedly relapsing reflux esophagitis:
- In general, for adults, take 0.5 tablet (10 mg of vonoprazan) at a time, once a day. If the effect is insufficient, the dosage may be increased to 1 tablet (20 mg) at a time.
Suppression of recurrence of gastric/duodenal ulcers associated with low-dose aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug therapy:
- In general, for adults, take 0.5 tablet (10 mg of vonoprazan) at a time, once a day.

〇　In any case, strictly follow the instructions.
〇　If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. In such instance, let more than 8 hours pass before the next dose. You should never take two doses at one time.
〇　If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
〇　Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Cautions

Contraindication

The most commonly reported adverse reactions are follows:
- constipation, diarrhea, enlarged feeling of abdomen, nausea, rash and edema.

If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
