用法/用量

 

〇一般用量：

●对于乳腺癌：一般来说，对于成人，每次服用1至2片（200至400毫克活性成分），每日三次。

●对于子宫体癌（子宫内膜癌）：一般来说，对于成人，每日服用2至3片（400至600毫克活性成分），分2至3次分剂量。

●在任何情况下，剂量可根据您的疾病/症状进行调整。严格按照说明操作。

 

〇如果您错过了剂量，请跳过错过的剂量并按照下一个给药时间表。你不应该一次服用两剂。

〇如果您不小心服用超过规定的剂量，请咨询您的医生或药剂师。

禁忌

 

●最常见的不良反应是以下症状。如果出现任何这些症状，请咨询您的医生或药剂师。

- 增加体重，月亮面，子宫出血，水肿，月经异常，

- 阴道分泌物的变化，闭经，糖尿，糖尿病恶化，麻木，

- 头痛，颤抖，头晕，食欲增加，发烧，不适，视力障碍，血压升高，

- 心慌，腹痛，恶心/呕吐，食欲不振，口干，便秘，腹泻，

- 皮疹，出汗，痤疮（疙瘩），瘙痒感，热潮红，呼吸短促，声音嘶哑和热感。

 

●下面描述的症状很少被视为括号中所示不良反应的初始症状。如果出现任何这些症状，请立即停止服用该药并立即就医。

 

- 腿部疼痛/水肿，呼吸短促，胸部或头部疼痛[血栓形成]

- 呼吸窘迫，全身水肿，全身不适[充血性心力衰竭]

- 呼吸窘迫，荨麻疹，眼睛和嘴唇周围肿胀[过敏症状]

- 视力减退，眼球胀大，复视[视乳头水肿]

【适应症/功能主治】 本品可用于月经不调、功能性子宫出血及子宫内膜异位症等。还可用于晚期乳腺癌、子宫内膜癌。

【规格型号】 2mg*100s

【用法用量】 1.功能性闭经：口服，一日4-8mg(2-4片)，连服5-10 天。 2.子宫内膜癌：口服，一次100mg(50片)，一日3次，或口服500mg(250片)每日1-2次，作用肌内注射后的维持量。

【不良反应】 个别妇女有不规则出血。治疗肿瘤时，治疗剂量大可出现类柯兴氏征。长期应用肝功能异常。

【禁 忌】 肝、肾功能不全者，脑梗塞、心肌梗塞、血栓性静脉炎等血栓病史患者，未确诊的性器官出血，尿路出血，对本品过敏者禁用。

【注意事项】 心脏病、癫痫、抑郁症、糖尿病、偏头痛、哮喘慎用。
请仔细阅读说明书并遵医嘱使用。

【儿童用药】 慎用。

【老年患者用药】 未进行该项实验且无可靠参考文献。

【孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药】 禁用。

【药物相互作用】 本品与化疗药物合并使用，可增强其抗癌作用效果。与肾上腺皮质激素合用可促进血栓症。

【药物过量】 尚不明确。

【药理毒理】 孕激素类药，作用于子宫内膜，能促进子宫内膜的增殖分泌，通过对下丘脑的负反馈，抑制垂体前叶促黄体生成激素的释放，抑制卵巢的排卵过程。抗癌作用可能与抗雌激素作用有关。

【药代动力学】 口服在胃肠道吸收，在肝内降解。肌内注射后2～3天血药浓度达到峰值。血药峰值越高，药物清除越快。肌注150mg后6～9个月血中才检不出药物，血中醋酸甲羟孕酮水平超过0.1mg/ml时，黄体生成素（LH）和雌二醇均受到抑制而抑制排卵。

Description

This medicine, a type of female hormone (luteinizing hormone), suppresses the action of another female hormone (ovarian hormone) by acting on the pituitary gland and adrenal cortex to suppress the secretion of the hormone. It also suppresses proliferation of cancer cells by showing a suppressive effect on DNA synthesis of cancer cells.

Effect/Efficacy

This medicine, a type of female hormone (luteinizing hormone), suppresses the action of another female hormone (ovarian hormone) by acting on the pituitary gland and adrenal cortex to suppress the secretion of the hormone. It also suppresses proliferation of cancer cells by showing a suppressive effect on DNA synthesis of cancer cells.

It is usually used to treat breast cancer and uterine body cancer (endometrial cancer).

Usage/Dosage

〇 General dosage ：
　　● For breast cancer: In general, for adults, take 1 to 2 tablets (200 to 400 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, three times a day.
　　● For uterine body cancer (endometrial cancer): In general, for adults, take a daily dose of 2 to 3 tablets (400 to 600 mg of the active ingredient) in 2 to 3 divided doses.
　　● In any case, the dosage may be adjusted according to your disease/symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.

〇 If you miss a dose, skip the missed dose and follow your next dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
〇 If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
〇 Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Cautions

Contraindication

● The most commonly reported adverse reactions are following symptoms. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
　　-　increase of body weight, moon face, uterine bleeding, edema, menstrual abnormality,
　　-　changes in vaginal discharge, amenorrhea, glycosuria, worsening of diabetes mellitus, numbness,
　　-　headache, shivering, dizziness, increased appetite, fever, malaise, vision disorder, elevation of blood pressure,
　　-　palpitation, abdominal pain, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea,
　　-　 rash, sweating, acne (pimple), itching sensation, hot flush, shortness of breath, hoarse voice and sensation of heat.

● The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.

　　- pain/edema of legs, shortness of breath, pain in chest or head [thrombosis]
　　- respiratory distress, general edema, general malaise [congestive heart failure]
　　- respiratory distress, hives, swelling around eyes and lips [anaphylactoid symptoms]
　　- visual loss, bulging eyes, double vision [papilledema]
