Description
This medicine is new quinolone antibiotic agent. It inhibits the synthesis of bacterial DNA to show bactericidal antibacterial effects.
It is usually used to treat various infections such as skin/respiratory/urinary/gynecologic/ophthalmologic/otolaryngologic/dental infections.

Effect/Efficacy
This medicine is new quinolone antibiotic agent. It inhibits the synthesis of bacterial DNA to show bactericidal antibacterial effects.
It is usually used to treat various infections such as skin/respiratory/urinary/gynecologic/ophthalmologic/otolaryngologic/dental infections.
Usage/Dosage
In general, for adults, take 2 to 3 tablets (300 to 450 mg of the active ingredient) a day, in 2 to 3 divided doses. The dosage may be adjusted according to disease, symptoms, etc. of the patient. If symptoms are severe or the effect is insufficient, take 4 tablets (600 mg) a day.
Osteomyelitis, arthritis: In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (150 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 3 times a day. The dosage may be adjusted according to disease, symptoms, etc. of the patient. If symptoms are severe or the effect is insufficient, take 4 tablets (600 mg) a day.
Typhoid/paratyphoid fever: In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (150 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 4 times a day for 14 days.

Cautions
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you are pregnant, possibly pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Contraindication
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include rash, stomach/abdominal discomfort, nausea, stomach/abdominal pain and diarrhea/loose stool. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
respiratory distress, edema, flare [shock, anaphylactoid symptoms]
high fever, blister, bloodshot eyes [toxic epidermal necrolysis, mucocutaneous-ocular syndrome]
sudden onset of muscular contraction, faint consciousness [convulsion, impaired consciousness]
decreased urine output, edema of limbs and face, fever [acute renal failure, interstitial nephritis]
general malaise, loss of appetite, yellowing of the skin and the whites of the eyes [liver dysfunction, jaundice]
