Garenoxacin mesilate水合物200毫克

 

效果/功效

这是喹诺酮类抗菌药,可抑制细菌生长所需的酶,并显示出抗菌作用。

它通常用于治疗呼吸道感染和耳鼻咽喉科感染。

 

用法/用量

一般来说,对于成年人,每次服用2片(400毫克的garenoxacin),每日一次。严格按照说明操作。

你永远不应该记住你错过了剂量。你绝不能拿两个一次剂量。

如果您不小心服用超过规定的剂量,请咨询您的医生或药剂师。

除非医生指示您这样做,否则不要停止服用该药。

呼吸困难,血压下降,水肿,发红[休克,过敏反应]

恶心,头晕,微弱[心动过缓,窦性停搏,房室传导阻滞]

心悸,脉搏跳动,胸紊感[QT延长,室性心动过速(包括Torsades de Pointes),心室颤动]

出汗,饥饿感,四肢颤抖[低血糖]

If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have: convulsive diseases such as epilepsy, or have a history of convulsive diseases, hypotension, arrhythmia, diabetes or myasthenia gravis.
If you are pregnant, possibly pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

Active Ingredients

Garenoxacin mesilate hydrate 200mg

Effect/Efficacy

This is quinolone antibacterials to inhibit enzymes that bacteria need to grow, and shows antibacterial action.
It is usually used in the treatment of respiratory infection and otorhinolaryngological infections.

Usage/Dosage

In general, for adults, take 2 tablets (400 mg of garenoxacin) at a time, once daily. Strictly follow the instructions.
If you miss a dose, take a dose as soon as possible when you remember that you missed a dose. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Cautions

This medicine may cause consciousness disturbance. Pay close attention when you operate dangerous machines such as driving a car.
Reversible stained in reddish purple or purple in the skin or mucosa (inside the mouth or mucosa) has been reported in animal studies. Consult with your doctor/pharmacist when you noticed these symptoms.

Keep the medicine out of the reach of children. Store it away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
Discard the remainder. Do not store them.

Contraindication

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include headache, diarrhea, abdominal pain, loose stool and rash. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
breathing difficulty, decrease in blood pressure, edema, redness [shock, anaphylaxis]
fever, ocular mucosal congestion, cutaneous symptoms (erythema, blister, erosion) [Stevens-Johnson syndrome]
nausea, dizziness, faint [bradycardia, sinus arrest, atrioventricular block]
palpitation, pulse skips a beat, chest disorder feeling [QT prolonged, ventricular tachycardia (including Torsades de Pointes), ventricular fibrillation]
sweating, hunger sensation, trembling limbs [hypoglycemia]
The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.
