一般剂量如下。

 

●对于儿童，每天服用0.05 g / kg（5 mg / kg活性成分），在使用前将药物溶于水中。可根据年龄，体重或症状调整剂量。如果剂量应增加，一次最大剂量为0.1 g / kg（10 mg / kg）。

严格按照说明书操作。

Usage/Dosage

General dosage is as follows.

●　For children, 0.05 g/kg (5 mg/kg of the active ingredient) is taken 3 times daily by dissolving the medicine in water just before use.The dosage may be adjusted according to the age, body weight or symptoms.If the dose is to be increased, the maximum dose is 0.1 g/kg (10 mg/kg) at one time.Strictly follow the instructions.

If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. You should not take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Cautions

Contraindication

● The most commonly reported adverse reactions are following symptoms. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
　　-　diarrhea, loose stool, rash, vomit, hives and candidiasis, itch, fever, redness and erythema

● The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
　　-　cold sweat, feeling unwell, breathing difficulty [shock, anaphylaxis]
　　-　general malaise, loss of appetite, yellow discoloration of the skin and the white of eyes [liver dysfunction, jaundice]
　　-　high fever (38 degrees Celsius and above), bloodshot eyes, lips erosion [toxic epidermal necrolysis, mucocutaneous ocular syndrome]
　　-　shortness of breath/breathing difficulty when going up stairs or over working, dry cough, fever [interstitial pneumonia]
　　-　pain in the muscles of the limbs/shoulder/lower back/other regions, numbness of limbs, weakness of limbs [rhabdomyolysis]

Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.
