【药品名称】

【主要成份】 本品每克含主要成份阿昔洛韦30毫克.辅料为单硬脂酸甘油酯、甘油、白凡士林、十二醇硫酸钠。防腐剂:苯甲醇。

【成 份】

  化学名:9-(2-羟乙氧甲基)鸟嘌呤

   分子量:C8H11N5O3

【性 状】 本品为白色乳膏。

【适应症/功能主治】 用于单纯疱疹或带状疱疹感染。

【用法用量】 取适量本品涂患处。成人与小儿均为白天每2小时1次,一日6次,共7日。

【不良反应】 可见轻度疼痛、灼痛、刺痛、瘙痒以及皮疹等。

【禁 忌】 对本品过敏者禁用及孕妇禁用。

【注意事项】 1.本品仅用于皮肤黏膜,不能用于眼部。 2.涂药时应戴指套或手套。 3.对本品过敏者禁用。 4.涂布部位如有灼烧感、瘙痒、红肿等,应停止用药,洗净。必要时向医师咨询。 5.孕妇、哺乳期妇女慎用。 6.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。 7.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。 8.请将此药品放在儿童不能接触的地方。

【药物相互作用】 如与其他药物同时使用可能会发生药物相互作用,详情请咨询医师或药师。

【药理毒理】 本品为嘌呤核苷类抗病毒药。其作用机制是干扰病毒DNA多聚酶而抑制病毒的复制,对单纯疱疹病毒、水痘带状疱疹病毒、巨细胞病毒等具有抑制作用。

【贮 藏】 密闭,置阴凉干燥处。

Effect/Efficacy

This medicine suppresses the growth of herpes simplex/chickenpox/herpes zoster viruses.
It is usually used to treat herpes simplex.

Usage/Dosage

In general, apply an appropriate amount of this medicine to the affected area, several times a day. Strictly follow the instructions.
This medicine should be used only for dermal application and should be kept out of cornea and conjunctiva for ophthalmic application.
If you miss a dose, apply the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next
dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never apply two doses at one time.
If you accidentally apply more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop applying this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Cautions

If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

Contraindication

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include feeling of stimulation at the site of application, contact dermatitis, itch and erythematous rash. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist
