【主要成份】EMLA乳膏含利多卡因25毫克,丙胺卡因子25毫克。
【性 状】本品为乳膏剂。
【适应症/功能主治】一种外用局部麻醉镇痛制剂。适用于各类针穿刺和皮肤,粘膜浅层的外科手术麻醉。
【规格型号】5g
【用法用量】
1.表面手术应用:皮肤 成人和%26gt;1岁的儿童 在皮肤表面涂上一层厚厚的乳膏,上盖一密封的敷料 大约1.5g/10cm2 大约半管(2g),涂药时间至少1小时,最长5小时注1 小手术,例:针穿刺和局部损伤的外科治疗大面积皮肤手术, 如:分层皮移值术 大约1.5-2g/10cm2,涂药时间至少2小时,最长5小时注1。婴儿 在16cm2面积的皮肤上最多涂用2g的乳膏。3-12个月注2 涂药时间大约1小时注3。
2.生殖器粘膜:成人切除生殖器疣手术:在粘膜上涂上大约5-10g的EMLA5-10分钟, 不需要覆盖密封的敷膜,即可开始手术。
注: (1)使用时间延长麻醉效果会减低;
(2)见"使用注意事项;
(3)使用时间长达4小时无高铁血红蛋白增加。
【不良反应】
1.EMLA在应用部位产生的局部反应苍白,红斑(发红)和水肿较多见(见"药代动力学特性"),这些反应多为短暂而且轻微。
2.使用初期的烧灼感或瘙痒感比较少见。
3.对酰胺类局部麻醉药的过敏反应(最严重的反应为过敏性休克)很罕见。 高剂量丙胺卡因可以导致血红蛋白的水平增加(有报道一例三个月婴儿因同时使用磺胺类药物和无损的皮肤上使用过量的EMLA乳膏而导致了高铁血红蛋白血症"。
【禁 忌】对酰胺类局部麻醉药或对此产品中任何其它成份高度过敏者。先天性或特发性高铁血红蛋白血症。
【注意事项】
1.EMLA不能用于开放性伤口,因为没有足够的有关吸收的资料。
(1)对于腿部溃疡,应使用EMLA消毒乳膏。
(2)对于特异反应性皮炎的病人使用EMLA需特别小心。较短的涂用时间,15-30分钟即可(见"药代动力学特性")。
2.EMLA不能用于儿童生殖器官粘膜,因为没有足够的有关吸收的资料。 3.EMLA用于眼睛附近时应特别小心,因为它可引起角膜刺激反应。 4.EMLA不能应用于受损的耳鼓膜。
(1)实验室试验结果显示EMLA滴注于中耳时有耳毒性作用,但是,EMLA用于完整鼓膜的动物外耳道无异常发现。
(2)在得到进一步临床资料之前,EMLA不能应用于下列情况: -3个月以下的婴儿。
(3)正在接受高铁血红蛋白诱发剂治疗的3-12个月的婴儿(见"不良反应")。

Uses of Lidocaine and Prilocaine Cream:
· It is used to numb an area of the skin before care.
· It is used to lower pain from shots.
What do I need to tell my doctor BEFORE I take Lidocaine and Prilocaine Cream?
· If you have an allergy to lidocaine, prilocaine, or any other part of lidocaine and prilocaine cream.
· If you are allergic to any drugs like this one, any other drugs, foods, or other substances. Tell your doctor about the allergy and what signs you had, like rash; hives; itching; shortness of breath; wheezing; cough; swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat; or any other signs.
· If you have methemoglobinemia.
· If you are using lidocaine and prilocaine cream in the ear and you have a ruptured ear drum. Do not use in the ear if you have a ruptured ear drum.
This is not a list of all drugs or health problems that interact with lidocaine and prilocaine cream.
Tell your doctor and pharmacist about all of your drugs (prescription or OTC, natural products, vitamins) and health problems. You must check to make sure that it is safe for you to take lidocaine and prilocaine cream with all of your drugs and health problems. Do not start, stop, or change the dose of any drug without checking with your doctor.
What are some things I need to know or do while I take Lidocaine and Prilocaine Cream?
· Tell all of your health care providers that you take lidocaine and prilocaine cream. This includes your doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and dentists.
· This medicine may cause harm if swallowed. If lidocaine and prilocaine cream is swallowed, call a doctor or poison control center right away.
· Do not put on open wounds, cuts, or irritated skin.
· Use care when putting on a large part of the skin or where there are open wounds. Talk with the doctor.
· Do not use lidocaine and prilocaine cream for longer than you were told by your doctor.
· Do not scratch or rub the skin while it is numb. Do not let it get very hot or very cold.
· If you are 65 or older, use lidocaine and prilocaine cream with care. You could have more side effects.
· Use with care in children. Talk with the doctor.
· Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan on getting pregnant. You will need to talk about the benefits and risks of using lidocaine and prilocaine cream while you are pregnant.
· Tell your doctor if you are breast-feeding. You will need to talk about any risks to your baby.
How is this medicine (Lidocaine and Prilocaine Cream) best taken?Use lidocaine and prilocaine cream as ordered by your doctor. Read all information given to you. Follow all instructions closely.
· Do not take lidocaine and prilocaine cream by mouth. Use on your skin only. Keep out of your mouth, nose, and eyes (may burn).
· If you get lidocaine and prilocaine cream in any of these areas, rinse well with water.
· Clean affected part before use. Make sure to dry well.
· Use a rubber glove to put on.
· Put a thick layer on the area to be treated. Do not rub in.
· You may need to cover the treated area with a bandage or dressing. Talk with the doctor.

What are some side effects that I need to call my doctor about right away?WARNING/CAUTION: Even though it may be rare, some people may have very bad and sometimes deadly side effects when taking a drug. Tell your doctor or get medical help right away if you have any of the following signs or symptoms that may be related to a very bad side effect:
· Signs of an allergic reaction, like rash; hives; itching; red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin with or without fever; wheezing; tightness in the chest or throat; trouble breathing, swallowing, or talking; unusual hoarseness; or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat.
· Signs of methemoglobinemia like a blue or gray color of the lips, nails, or skin; a heartbeat that does not feel normal; seizures; very bad dizziness or passing out; very bad headache; feeling very sleepy; feeling tired or weak; or shortness of breath. This effect is rare but may be deadly if it happens.
· Very bad irritation where lidocaine and prilocaine cream is used.
What are some other side effects of Lidocaine and Prilocaine Cream?All drugs may cause side effects. However, many people have no side effects or only have minor side effects. Call your doctor or get medical help if any of these side effects or any other side effects bother you or do not go away:
· Irritation where lidocaine and prilocaine cream is used.
· Redness.
· Change in how you feel hot or cold.
· Pale skin.
