Jamieson Vitamin D 1,000 IU is formulated with bioavailable Vitamin D3 to help you meet your needs for this essential nutrient.
Recommended Dosage: Adults: Take 1- 2 tablets per day. Store between 15ºC and 25ºC, away from children.
